Excellent experience with Omar today! I wanted to buy my dad a power lift recliner before I visited him in a few weeks. Great service and personality by the sales man at the Lakeland, Florida location. We were able to find what we wanted and, understand the sales price, the purchase, from quality to delivery, and are looking forward to the arrival on Thursday. My sister and I can't wait.

The sales consultant was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ashley Store keep us informed of the delivery status. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We had the best furniture shopping experience we have ever had! Aria helped us find the perfect recliner for me! She was very sweet, friendly, and helpful! I highly recommend having Aria assist you in any of your furniture shopping needs. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Ashley Furniture in North Lakeland!

My sales guy was awesome. Delivery was earlier than expected, which was nice. Delivery was communicated two days before and received a text when 45min away, that also included gps location for the truck. Smooth delivery process and everything

My experience with Ashley was wonderful. My salesperson Delvin, was helpful but not pushy, knowledgeable, patient and above all, very pleasant. Delvin is a big plus for Ashley as is the delivery driver, Joel. Joel was fast, efficient and a very happy person. I will shop there again and i highly recommend Ashley Furniture. The two recliners are great!
