Arhaus

My husband and I stopped in at the Arhaus in Crocker Park today and had an exceptional shopping experience with who has to be the BEST saleswoman we have had the pleasure of being assisted by. Her friendly outgoing and kind personality is wonderful! And the fact that she gave us “shopping space” as we perused through the beautiful collections …

Bought a beautiful couch on sale, it is gorgeous in my home and so comfortable! Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

Lorelei was wonderful and knowledgeable in assisting us in purchasing our furniture. We would highly recommend Crocker Park Arhaus. It was a pleasure working with Lorelei.

We worked with Lorelei and Jen in Westlake. They helped us create the space we wanted and were always patient with our many questions.

We had a great experience! Looking forward to shopping there again!

Excellent experience at Arhaus! Our design consultant Lorelei was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful as we made our purchases.

Lorelei was a great help in helping us find our new furniture ! Strongly recommend to anyone else looking !

Great experience and costumer service. Love the product and was able to costimize; Lorelei Skizenta was wonderful at the Westlake Ohio store. We came back to her after a previous visit and she was able to quickly help us

We are very satisfied with the quality of our Arhaus pieces. We also had to work through a complex exchange issue and the customer service was great. The store manager went above and beyond to resolve the issues and ensure we continued to be satisfied customers!

Esther, Maddie & Adam are phenomenal, they all extended substantial effort trying to find pieces that would work in my home by a specified date. They didn’t pressure me, they were knowledgeable, personable, accommodating, and had obvious talent for interior design. Working with them was an absolute pleasure, and their commitment to customer service is exceptional. Arhaus is very fortunate …
