Ace Mechanics

Really quick communication, makes it really easy to book. I booked a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, the report was very comprehensive and looked at almost everything. The mechanic Owen phoned me after the inspection and was up for a good chat and provided some great insight and advice regarding the car and even a little bit on the purchasing process.

Just had Ko, assess and service my car after going into limp mode while towing a trailer. Very polite and knowledgeable, he called 2 hours prior to understand the issues in detail and was efficent and quick with his service and conduct. He provided a thorough verbal report at the end and guidance/assistance moving forward.

troubleshooting/diagnostic visit: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I booked this mobile mechanic for a troubleshooting visit and was very impressed. Ko arrived on time, carefully diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was causing the problem and what my options were. No pressure to do unnecessary repairs—just honest, knowledgeable advice. Very professional and helpful. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone …

Highly recommend. Ko was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what his thoughts were at each step. I had an ongoing starter motor issue and asked a lot of (probably annoying) questions, but Ko was patient, honest, and thorough the entire time. It’s rare to find an auto …

Ace did a pre purchase inspection for me as I was buying a car from interstate. Nick was super easy to deal with over the phone and I really felt I could trust them. Nirmal did the inspection and sent me an extensive report and chatted to me on the phone. I ended up buying the car and felt very …

Ko was fantastic! Extremely friendly, got the job done and was awesome to have a chat with! Unrelated note he saw my golf clubs in my garage and we just talked about golf for a solid 30 minutes. Let's just say I have found a new golf mate haha. Would recommend Ko from Ace any day of the week!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work done on my car by Ko. From the moment I met him, he was professional, honest, and straight to the point. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and made sure I understood what was actually wrong and what needed fixing. The job was done efficiently and properly — …
