My son accidentally locked his keys in the car while it was running. They put a rush on the call for us and were there in under half an hour. So happy we renewed it for another year!

My car battery died during the worst storm Syracuse has had in years. I had my young daughter with me, and Chris was there within 20 minutes to help replace it. He was quick, kind, and told us to stay inside the closest building while he handled it. I can't thank him enough, he's the best!!!
