My friend and I were from out of town and popped in 551 on a Monday night. Ash was our bartender. Let me tell you, she did not miss a beat. Super knowledgeable and honest, which I loved. This has been my favorite spot for my wife and I for the past 12 years - for all the reasons.
First time here and experience was great. The chili is very good and came out the table quickly. Ordered the peach burger and pastrami sandwich, delicious, and chocolate orange cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend stopping in for a great meal and a cold beer, nice selection.

My husband and I have eaten here a number of times and every time the food does not disappoint. The food is delicious. You will not be disappointed. The fried loaded mashed potato balls… SO good.
The fish tacos were really good. Seems like every place has these on the menu, but few places do them well. This is a place that does them very well. My wife loved her land and sea pasta too. Drinks were good and a decent selection of beers on tap. We'll definitely be back.
Last weekend was my 1st time there, what a great experience and establishment. The food was very good and the service was excellent! I will definitely be going back.
I have celiac disease and my friends and I went here on a whim. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to eat anything here but our server, Bobby, was super helpful. He knew a lot more about cross contamination than most servers I’ve interacted with do.
Great local bar with great food. The menu has alot to choose from. I decided on trying the 551 peanut butter cheeseburger and it was very good. The service was good. The only thing I will say is good luck finding parking.
My experience at 551 West was great. The place was busy, but in a good way—lively, energetic, and welcoming. I stopped in around 6-ish and the place was already popping with music playing over the speakers and sports on the TVs. Groups were looking for tables, and others were heading upstairs to the rooftop bar.
