Pretty fun speakeasy entrance. I will let you figure it out. It's super spacious instead. Large booths and tables. They have live music going on weekends. Drinks are okay. Nothing interesting, but it's a nice spot to relax.

You no longer enter through the phone booth. I'm not 100% you ever did. Gowever, this place is amazing. We loved every cocktail and the music was at the perfect volume so we could talk. At some point we got live music, which was amazing too, but not too loud either. This is one of my top 10 speakeasies ever.

Came for the jazz exchange, stayed for the bar! This is an El Paso gem! I've found places like this in Kansas City (green lady lounge!), i wish we had something like this in Seattle. Second time at 1922 and definitely will keep coming back! The bartenders are amazing, attentive, and always make the experience fun. The drinks are honestly some of the best in El Paso. Great atmosphere and great service every time I’ve been there.
